Before registering, please note that the school is two busy weeks of lectures and tutorials. We are expecting you to attend all of this, attentively. If you feel that this is too demanding for you, do not register.

The registration procedure is as follows:

In order to apply for the school you will have to register, fill in an on-line application form and provide us with the following information (only pdf format accepted):

• A one-page CV describing your education and training so far (do no forget to give your date of birth and to list names of your supervisors!). We would in particular like to know what quantum chemistry-oriented courses you have taken (please mention textbooks used if appropriate).
• A one-page letter of motivation where you explain why you would like to attend the school.
• A signed and scanned letter of recommendation, e.g. from your PhD advisor. If your advisor prefers to send it directly to us (trond.saue at irsamc.ups-tlse.fr), then simply upload a pdf stating this.

Your registration is complete as soon as you have provided all required information (contact information) and uploaded the 3 required pdf files.

Students for the school will be selected on the basis of the information they have provided and the time they submitted their application.

We recommend to prepare the 3 required pdf files before the registration opens.

You will be informed by April 26, 2024 if you are accepted. However, your place is not guaranteed until the registration fee has been duly paid. The deadline for payment (by bank transfer) is June 15, 2024. We will maintain a limited waiting list in case students who are initially accepted drop out.
